I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Rudolf Peierls Centre for Theoretical Physics, University of Oxford. My research interests lie in developing analytical models that dissect nearby galaxies in positions, velocities, age, and chemical abundances. These models encode their formation histories. An auxiliary goal is to develop state-of-the-art statistical tools for fitting models to the rich data becoming available for our Milky Way and other nearby galaxies.
